A Message from Our Principal

Leroy Wright

With over 20 years of experience in community development and educational advocacy, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of support. 1ST TEEE was born out of a deep-seated belief that every child, regardless of their circumstances, deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our journey is one of empowerment and hope, and I am honored to lead this incredible team in making a difference in the lives of children in Atlanta.

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

Our Strategic Framework

1. Social Problem & Urgency

In Atlanta, many children face significant barriers to education due to poverty and lack of resources. Data shows that underprivileged children are 50% more likely to drop out of school without proper support. Our project addresses this urgent need by providing financial and educational resources.

2. Core Mission

To empower, embrace, and enhance the lives of children through education and community support, ensuring every child has the tools to succeed.

3. Long-term Vision (5-10 Years)

To become a leading force in educational equity in Georgia, reducing the dropout rate by 30% and fostering a generation of empowered, educated leaders.

4. SMART Goals (1-3 Years)

Provide tuition support to 500 children, distribute 5,000 school supply kits, and establish 3 community learning centers by 2028.

5. Beneficiaries

Primary: Children aged 5-18 from low-income families in Atlanta. Secondary: Families and local schools benefiting from improved resources.

6. Key Programs & Priorities

1. Tuition Assistance (High Priority) 2. School Supply Distribution 3. After-school Mentorship 4. Community Workshops.

7. Theory of Change

Input (Donations/Volunteers) → Activities (Scholarships/Mentorship) → Short-term Results (Improved Grades/Attendance) → Long-term Impact (Economic Stability/Empowered Community).
